I've known many people over the years that have wasted their lives, or opportunities because of addiction, or even just over-dabbling in lifes many fun distractions.

Some were lucky enough to realise before it was too late. Some weren't.

This is about the ones I lost - written before I lost them - and the ones I nearly lost.
